Support local projects supporting our mission
During our research in developing our goal of investing in the dreams of a half million women and girls through access to education by 2031, Soroptimist clubs stated they needed financial support to do more through the Dream Programs and other club work supporting our Big Goal.
Attract new donors
We currently rely on donations from our volunteers – those already doing the work. We need to cultivate new donors to grow our impact and support our efforts. This means investing in our brand awareness, donor acquisition efforts, direct mail, and digital strategies.
Engage our supporters
To engage our volunteers and supporters, we want to grow and expand our digital engagement strategies.
Provide more Live Your Dream Awards
Whether or not you live near a Soroptimist club should not be a requirement to receive this life-changing award. We want to expand the opportunity to women who live anywhere in the 20 countries and territories where we operate.
Develop new program opportunities
We have a dynamic group of on-line supporters on LiveYourDream.org. We want to develop a program that will support our goals just for them. We will invest in the management of our program impact through LiveYourDream.org.
Estimated Costs of Program Expansion: $8.4 million
**Some projects could change or adjust due to new information or organizational needs. What will not change is our commitment to funding capacity projects that will help our organization achieve its 2021-2031 Big Goal.
